Eligibility & Requirements for the 2025 Charles Ardor & Company Future Accounting Leaders Internship
We welcome applications from recent graduates who meet the following criteria:
- Completed NYSC, with no more than 1 year of post-NYSC experience
- Comfortable using technology and cloud based tools( Google sheets, emails etc).
- Must own a Laptop and Smartphone
- University degree in Accounting, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
- (Other degrees may be considered only if the applicant has started or completed a professional accounting qualification like ICAN — this signals genuine interest in the field)
Second Class Lower (2:2) graduates may be considered, but must show either:
- Progress in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA), or
- Relevant work or internship experience in accounting or finance
- Preferred but not required
- Active progress in ICAN, ACCA, or similar programs
- Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Curiosity about how accounting supports business operations and decision-making.
