Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Officer at Afconrecruit
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth ownership experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate activities to improve customer loyalty (e.g., service reminders, loyalty programs).
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database using CRM software.
- Track key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), repeat customer rates, and customer complaints.
- Organize and manage customer engagement events or appreciation programs.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and service records.
Requirements for the Customer Relationship Officer at Afconrecruit

- 5+ years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in the automotive industry.
