  • The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, resolving complaints, and driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients, enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting post-sale activities.
  • The ideal candidate must have years of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer in an automobile company.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Officer at Afconrecruit

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth ownership experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate activities to improve customer loyalty (e.g., service reminders, loyalty programs).
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database using CRM software.
  • Track key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), repeat customer rates, and customer complaints.
  • Organize and manage customer engagement events or appreciation programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and service records.

Requirements for the Customer Relationship Officer at Afconrecruit
