Job Description 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves active engagement with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Marketing/Sales Specialist
  • Experienced in negotiation and closing strategy
  • Proficient in social media analysis
  • Bridge the gap between the company and customers
  • Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (entry-level roles may require less).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
