Responsibilities of the Remote Web & UI Graphic Designer at Victoria’s Fundación

• Design clean, responsive web layouts for startups, SaaS tools, and digital brands
• Build intuitive UI mockups for web applications (dashboards, admin tools, forms, etc.)
• Collaborate with project managers and creative leads to understand design briefs
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and consistent visual styles.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to deliver pixel-perfect designs
• Support the team with design assets for presentations, platforms, and marketing.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing web and UI design (not just social media graphics)
• Excellent understanding of typography, color, spacing, and layout principles
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first thinking
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Framer, Webflow, Spline, or motion design tools
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines reliably in a remote setup
