Job Description
Leadway Assurance is currently hiring Financial Advisors to join its team in Lagos. This opportunity is ideal for dynamic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and helping clients achieve financial security through insurance solutions to discuss and collaborate on marketing campaigns/strategy, Strong Social Media footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships.
- Educate clients on various insurance and financial products.
- Provide professional advice tailored to clients’ individual needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and manage client portfolios.
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and financial advisory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales or financial services is an added advantage.
