Job Description (General Trainee Responsibilities)
As a Graduate Trainee at BOBO Food and Beverages, you will be immersed in a learning environment, rotating through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning activities.
- Assisting departmental teams with daily operations, projects, and initiatives across areas such as:
- Production: Learning manufacturing processes, quality control, and efficiency optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems.
- Supply Chain/Procurement: Supporting sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Sales & Marketing: Assisting with market analysis, product promotion, and customer engagement.
- Human Resources: Supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and development initiatives.
- Maintenance/Engineering: Contributing to plant and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Conducting research, preparing reports, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements & Eligibility
To be considered for the BOBO Food and Beverages Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) from a reputable tertiary institution in any of the following or related fields:
- Applied Sciences: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Biological Sciences.
- Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Social Sciences & Humanities: Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Mass Communication, etc.
- Academic Excellence: A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- NYSC: Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have a valid exemption letter.
- Age: Not more than 30 years old by December 31, 2025.
- Experience: 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Good team spirit and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
