Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative and organized Content Assistant to support remoteworkHER in content creation, editing, and social media coordination. If you’re passionate about digital content, enjoy staying on top of trends, and love bringing ideas to life on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, this role is for you!

You’ll work closely with remoteworkHER to ensure content creation and publishing flows smoothly, ideas are well executed, and the content vault stays organized and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form and long-form content: including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Manage & organize content vaults: create and maintain folders, file naming, and asset tracking for easy access and collaboration
  • Coordinate with YouTube editors and creative vendors to ensure timely delivery of content
  • Assist with filming on shoot days: Help set up, record, and manage equipment as needed
  • Post content on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) on Adeife’s behalf based on the content calendar
  • Collaborate on content ideation and planning: Brainstorm and storyboard concepts for upcoming shoots and campaigns
  • Write compelling captions and descriptions that align with Adeife’s tone and brand voice.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement, providing weekly reports or recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, memes, audio clips, and viral formats relevant to Adeife’s brand.
  • Occasionally assist with scheduling or light administrative tasks related to brand partnerships or collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, editing, or digital marketing (can include internships or personal brand work)
  • Proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN, etc.); bonus if you know Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetic presentation
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other content platforms
  • Strong organizational and file management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to match Adeife’s tone and vibe
  • Comfortable being on set and supporting behind-the-scenes operations
  • Tech-savvy and proactive; always ready to solve problems and think ahead
  • Passion for content, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment is a huge plus.
