Job Summary
Recore Limited is currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives to join our expanding team across various locations in Nigeria.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Build sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Remuneration: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (net), depending on experience.
