Job Description
As a Data Entry / Editor, your primary responsibility will be to verify that all mined data—sourced from written or verbal interviews—is accurately represented in resident profiles. You will ensure that all Quality of Life indicators are correctly documented in accordance with each resident’s intent. Your work will directly support the usability of data within Minerva and other TSOLife tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately cross-check and input data from interviews into resident profiles and stories
- Track and log time spent on each data ticket
- Meet assigned turnaround time goals
- Maintain low error rates on a monthly basis
- Follow TSOLife’s person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines
- Adhere to departmental processes and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in weekly editor meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Comply with laws and regulations related to Protected Health Information
