Front Desk Officer

Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? we’re seeking a friendly and efficient front desk officer to be the face of our company If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing mail.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
• Assist in security protocols by monitoring visitor access and maintaining a safe environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must be smart, organized, and able to multitask
•  Will also support research tasks
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
