About the Scholarship
The Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarship is funded by the Pershing Square Foundation, a philanthropic initiative committed to empowering global leaders solving the world’s most pressing challenges in health, education, economic development, and social justice.
This scholarship is awarded to exceptional students enrolled in the Oxford 1+1 MBA Program, which combines a one-year Master’s degree from a partnering Oxford department with the Oxford MBA at Saïd Business School.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 cohort, applicants must:
- Be admitted to both a full-time one-year Master’s program and the Oxford MBA under the 1+1 MBA structure
- Apply for both programs in the same application cycle
- Meet the eligibility criteria for both programs, including GMAT/GRE requirements for the MBA
- Candidates in non-partner Master’s programs may be considered if they also apply to the MBA
- Current Master’s students at Oxford progressing to the MBA year may also apply if not previously considered
Scholarship Benefits
Selected Pershing Square Scholars will receive:
- Full coverage of all tuition and college fees for both the Master’s and MBA programs

Required Documents
To apply, you must submit:
- Completed application forms for both the Oxford MBA and your selected Master’s program
- A 500-word scholarship essay answering:
“How do you intend to change the world, and what does this tell us about you as a person?”
- Transcripts, academic references, and test scores (GMAT/GRE), as required by each program
