Available Positions for the Gamma Mobility Graduate Trainee Program 2025
We are hiring Graduate Trainees for the following positions across different locations;
- Relationship Officers: responsible for managing a portfolio of vehicles, ensuring timely repayments, customer engagement, and portfolio health.
- Sales/Acquisition Officers: responsible for generating leads, following up on potential customers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experience.
- Evaluation Officers: be responsible for assessing applicants’ creditworthiness, verifying provided information, and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
- Customer Training & Onboarding Officers: to support and enhance the customer experience by ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention of customers.
- Field Operations Officers: responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-ground operations. This position involves managing and supporting customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving operational challenges, and optimising performance.
- Fleet Officers: responsible for managing fleet schedules, asset documentation and supervision of technicians for routine asset maintenance.
- Fulfilment Officers: responsible for sorting and assigning of dispatch orders through in-house riders.
Requirements for the Gamma Mobility Graduate Trainee Program 2025
- Recent graduates (0–2 years post-NYSC or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, communication skills, and learning agility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
