Job Specifications:

  • Required Qualification: BA, BSC, or HND
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Candidates must take note of the following Description before applying for the Graduate Internship Program at Worknigeria

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Intern to join our construction team in Ikeja, Lagos.
  • This role offers valuable on-site experience in cost management, budgeting, and procurement processes in a real-world construction environment.
  • Ideal for recent graduates ready to launch their career in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
  • Support in tracking project budgets and cost variations
  • Participate in site inspections and progress reporting
  • Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective execution

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Experience Level: 0–1 year experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QS tools is an advantage
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 / month + other benefits.
