The ICYF and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye in partnership with the TRT are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the ICYF International Media Training Camp 2025 “Journalism for Juniors” J4J.
If you are looking for a moment to involve yourself in the world of media and kickstart your journey as a journalist, this is your chance.
The ICYF International Media Training Camp (Journalism for Juniors) is inviting young men and women passionate about journalism, online storytelling and digital news production to the 2025 edition of the camp, which will be held in Türkiye’s captivating city of Antalya.
The camp is geared towards youth who share the same passion as we do about being at the forefront of digital content creation and promoting the art and ethics of journalism.
The 6-day camp will cover everything from the basics to the newsroom and how to distinguish yourself as a journalist in the digital era, with sessions led and instructed by prominent figures in the news media realm.

Eligibility Criteria for the Icyf International Media Training Camp 2025
- No academic requirements: Open to young undergraduates and graduates.
- Muslim Youth living in Istanbul who are from the 56 OIC Member States, Muslim Youth from the OIC Member States who are not living in Istanbul, and Muslim Minorities from the Non-OIC Member States
- Age: 18–25 years old.
- Language: Ability to communicate in English.
- Interest: Eager to learn about media issues and topics.
- Field of Study: Open to individuals from any academic field.
