We’re looking for a Community Manager Intern to join our team and help us create meaningful conversations and relationships with our audience.
What You’ll Do as a Community Manager
- Manage and engage with our community across social media platforms, forums, and online groups.
- Respond to comments, messages, and posts in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Monitor and track conversations, feedback, and trends in our community.
- Create and execute engagement strategies to grow and nurture our community.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and events.
- Organize virtual events, webinars, and giveaways to increase engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building online relationships
- Experience using social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
- Ability to stay calm and professional in both positive and challenging situations
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Bonus: Experience with community management tools like Discourse, Slack, or Discord

Twitter Social Media Management Intern
