We are undertaking a large-scale technical site audit and data clean-up project across Telecommunications sites nationwide.

We are recruiting detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Officers to support the field and documentation team in organizing, validating, and entering audit data efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities 

• Accurately input field audit data into predefined templates and project platforms.
• Validate site photos, documentation, and location coordinates as submitted by field engineers.
• Organise and maintain electronic records for assigned sites.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all submitted data.
• Collaborate with supervisors and field staff to resolve data discrepancies.
• Submit daily or weekly progress reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of project data.

Requirements

• Must own and be able to work with a personal laptop.
• Proven experience in data entry, admin support, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand and organise technical documentation (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with telecom or engineering project data (an added advantage).
