Job Summary
We are seeking Field IT Support Officers with a minimum of 1 year experience in IoT or a related field to assist in deploying smart solutions on electric motorcycles.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for device installation, configuration, basic troubleshooting, and reporting on IoT implementations in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and setup of IoT devices on electric bikes
- Perform basic wiring and hardware configuration
- Conduct initial testing of deployed systems to ensure functionality
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities and report incidents promptly
- Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams during deployment
Candidate Requirements
- Background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields
- Practical experience handling basic tools and performing hardware installations
- Ability to follow technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site/in the field and travel when required
