We are seeking experienced Laravel Full-Stack Engineers to join our Software Development Unit.
You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and other developers to build and maintain our suite of web applications and platforms that serve students, staff, and administrators.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack Laravel-based web applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented PHP (Laravel) backend code.
- Build interactive, responsive front-end components using Vue.js, React, AlpineJS or Blade.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement frontend features with precision.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Maintain version control using Git.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Contribute to planning, estimation, and development sprints using Agile methodology.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Laravel.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with in-memory data stores such as Memcached and Redis.
- Experience with different caching mechanisms.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or AlpineJS.
- Proficiency in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, etc.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Proficient with version control tools, especially Git.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and DevOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with different caching mechanisms (e.g., database query caching, HTTP caching, object caching)
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and writing automated tests.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean..
- Previous work with educational platforms, LMS, or EdTech tools.
- Understanding of accessibility and security best practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
