The Youth Essay Competition 2025 invites passionate and forward-thinking Nigerian students to share innovative ideas that could shape the future of youth policy, cybercrime prevention, and anti-corruption efforts in Nigeria.

Tertiary Level Theme
”Reclaiming Cyberspace: Policies and Programs Youth Want to See in the Fight Against Cybercrime”
- Are you a student in a university, polytechnic, or college of education? Share your vision for how Nigeria can secure its digital space through youth-centered policies and initiatives.
Secondary Level Theme
“If I Were the President: My Anti-Corruption Blueprint for Nigeria”
- If you’re in secondary school, imagine yourself as the president. What bold steps would you take to fight corruption and lead the country to integrity and accountability?
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to Nigerian students aged 14–30 years
- Must be enrolled in secondary schools, universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education within Nigeria
Essay Requirements:
- Word Count: 1,000 to 1,500 words
- Language: English
- Format: Typed and well-structured with clear arguments and real-life context
- Deadline: 31st August 2025
