NWDC Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship 2025 for Nigerians
The North-West Development Commission (NWDC) established by the NWDC Act, 2024 signed into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to driving development, growth, and infrastructure enhancement in the North-West region.
To further this mission, the commission is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the NWDC 2025 Undergraduate & Postgraduate Foreign Scholarship Program.
This initiative seeks to foster academic excellence and empower exceptional individuals from the North-West region to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies at reputable foreign universities.

Eligibility Requirements for the NWDC Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship 2025
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must the following requirements:
- Indigene:Â Be an indigene of the North-west States (Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara)
- Undergraduate: Distinction in 3 O’Level core science subjects and 5 credits in other subjects in no more than 2 sittings.
- Masters:Â CGPA of 3.8 and above
- PhD:Â CGPA of 4.0/5.0 in MSc
- Age Limit: 22 years and below for undergraduates, 35 years and below for Master’s and 40 years and below for PhD at the time of application.
