Pollicy Fellowship Shape the Digital Future 2025

Are you ready to help shape a just, inclusive, and creative digital future for Africa?

Since 2017, the Pollicy Fellowship has served as a springboard for emerging African thinkers, doers, creatives, and builders. We bring together students, technologists, researchers, community organizers, and designers to explore how civic technology, feminist data practices, and digital rights can reimagine our world—on African terms.

This isn’t just another learning experience—it’s an opportunity to collaborate on real, impactful projects that influence digital policy, strengthen communities, and spark lasting change. If you’re fueled by curiosity and purpose, we want you on board.
