Job Purpose of the Product Manager at Cordros Capital

  • Cordros Securities Limited needs a Product Manager to manage and optimize its digital investment products.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in driving product visibility, introduce new features, and provide data-driven insights to ensure competitive, high-performing offerings that aligns with our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager at Cordros Capital

  • Ensure that the App and Trading portal works at optimum capacity always.
  • Introduce new features on the App and trading portal.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to drive app penetration among current clientele and adoption for new prospects.
  • Propose incentives designs to promote products.
  • Prepare good data driven reports of product performance and customers analytics for the Managing Director.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Corporate Communications and Customer Service.
  • Develop periodic surveys to get feedback on customers’ experience and customers’ needs.
  • Remain updated with Local & Global market trends in relation to products and provide regular updates on competitors.
  • Successfully organize new product launch events.

Job Requirements

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in any related field/discipline.
  • A second degree or relevant professional certifications in Product Management, or Agile/Scrum is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 – 6 years proven experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital products (e.g., apps, trading portals) from concept to execution.
  • Hands-on experience using analytics tools to evaluate product performance and customer behavior.
  • Prior involvement in product launches, user engagement strategies, or incentive program design is highly desirable.

Key Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge

The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital product management and lifecycle strategies.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Awareness of global and local market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services industry.
