Job Summary:
The LPG Plant Account Officer will manage petty cash transactions at Rainoil’s stations and depots, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient cash flow handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily petty cash disbursement and replenishment.
- Maintain clear records for cash requests, expenses, and approvals.
- Reconcile petty cash books with actual expenditures.
- Process account payments and issue receipts.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Handle bank withdrawals and manage reimbursements.
- File all financial transaction documents.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly cash flow reports.
- Address queries related to payments, retirements, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial processes.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial reconciliation.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operation and staff of the LPG plant.

- Coordinate product discharge, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Implement controls to prevent fraud and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee stock requisition from terminals and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and enforce HSE standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Prepare sales and financial reports for management review.
