Position Purpose:
Brand Besties is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed Project Assistant to keep our projects moving smoothly. You will become the air traffic controller of backend processes across accounts, talent, tech and marketing.
This is not a client-facing role, more the glue behind the scenes in helping our team work their magic.
Responsibilities:
- Draft service agreements and client-facing docs
- Build job descriptions and staffing folders for events
- Post jobs on our internal platform plus others
- Support scheduling, timelines, and resource organization
- Create and maintain project folders in Google Drive and Monday.com
- Communicate with internal team to keep projects on track
