  • Design, build, and maintain robust web scraping scripts and tools.
  • Extract, clean, and store data from real estate, rental, and legal platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot scraping jobs to ensure consistent data delivery.
  • Ensure scraping methods comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Scrape and extract data from real estate and property listing platforms such as Crexi, Zillow, LoopNet, and similar.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and implement solutions accordingly.

Requirements:
