Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, site inspections, and coordination of property development activities.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
- Support the business development team in client engagement and sales strategies.
- Learn and apply real estate regulations, valuation principles, and property management best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
Requirements for the RS Hunter Graduate Trainee Program 2025
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property development is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
