Job Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales to onboard new microfinance clients
- Educate potential customers on our financial products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build a strong pipeline of repeat clients
- Sell and cross sell savings and loans products
Requirements
- Possession of relevant higher education certificate/degree.
- Customer-Led: You listen first, understand clients needs deeply and tailor solutions that truly helps.
