Job Description of the Student Recruitment Manager at Cambridge Education Group
- As a Student Recruitment Manager (SRM), the successful candidate will have the responsibility of delivering set enrollment targets within the designated region for our Managed Campus sites in London through partner agencies, institutions, fairs, exhibitions, webinars, sponsors and other recruitment channels.
- Central to this role will be building strong relationships with our key agents. The Student Recruitment Manager will work closely with the wider Managed Campus recruitment team and collaborate with the wider Sales, Marketing, Admissions and Compliance teams to deliver a successful recruitment strategy by increasing the number of applications whilst improving the application to enrollment conversion rate by regular contact/conversion activities with the student pipeline.
Key Responsibilities of the Student Recruitment Manager at Cambridge Education Group
- Achieve and exceed new student recruitment and revenue targets for Managed Campus in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives.
- Provide regular training to agents and counsellors through visits and engaging training sessions.
- Support key agents in promotional activities, including Fairs, Exhibitions, and interview days.
- Maintain relationships with student pipelines through conversion activities.
- Build strong relationships with key agents in the region.
- Develop and maintain a high level of industry knowledge to identify opportunities.
Requirements & Experience We look for:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (essential)
- At least 2 years’ working experience in Sales role (essential)
- Evidence of previously exceeding and meeting targets (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing directly with a wide variety of people (essential).
