Job Description:
As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a critical support role within the HR department. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, managing job posts, screening candidates).
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinating onboarding and training logistics.
- Supporting payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Assisting with employee engagement and performance tracking initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
