Key Responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer at Snapnet Limited
User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to inform design decisions
- Analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points through data and qualitative insights
UX Design:
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes that guide product functionality and interaction
- Develop and maintain design documentation such as personas, scenarios, and site maps
UI Design:
- Design high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and interaction elements aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure designs are consistent, pixel-perfect, and optimized for responsiveness across devices
Collaboration & Handoff:
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Provide clear specifications and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Design System & Standards:
- Help define and maintain a scalable design system
- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Slack)
