As our Lead Gen VA, you’ll be at the front lines of our growth engine—responsible for identifying potential leads, engaging them via inbox or DMs, and guiding them towards scheduling a discovery call if there’s a fit.. You’ll also manage our inbound messages and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Research and generate new high-quality leads weekly.
- Warmly engage and nurture leads.
- Manage inboxes and direct messages across platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to lead inquiries
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
- Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and lead-gen strategies
- Track lead conversations and report on weekly call bookings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, outreach
- Strong written communication and people skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Details:
Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2-month contract
Extension: Strong potential for extension to full-time and permanent, based on performance
